• If requested, renew annual housing license

PROPERTY LEASING:

Cilione Real Estate will:
• At management’s discretion, advertise the property for rent in all of our normal media
• Conduct and allow through cooperating brokers showing the property
• Provide detailed screening of all applicants
• Recommend to the landlord strongest available candidate
• Upon approval, prepare and execute our standard lease (Custom clause option are always possible)
• Maintain all records in accordance with state law
• Deliver thus lease information to you along with introduction to tenant
