FEE SCHEDULE
EFFECTIVE 1/1/11

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

Site visits:                    $45.00 up to 3 hours (includes any single court appearance)

Eviction:                      $495.00 client / $595.00 non-management client

Rental License:           $95.00

Business Privilege License: $350.00 (includes $300 license)

Management of Mixed use or commercial: 9%-11% (depending on services provided)

Residential:      7% - client in place $35.00 Set-up fee    
                        Find tenant – first month rent collected  

Leasing Fee:    $275.00 (creating a lease for a client)

Water Bill Collection:  $5.00 per month (4 or less properties) $1.00 per Bill (5 or more)

SALES AND PROPERTY TRANSFER SERVICE:

CONVEYANCING ONLY: Seller: 1% of sale price or $1450 minimum fee, whichever is greater, plus City of Philadelphia certification fee.  Please note: Agreement of all parties on all aspects of sale and financing is require for this pricing.

Buyer closing service: $325.00 

Buyer Representation:            3% of sale price or $3,500, whichever is greater.

Office Minimum:        6% of gross sale price with a minimum fee of $3500

Property search:          $125.00

Residential Deed Transfer:     $425.00 (includes recording fee)

Notary:            $5.00 first page $3.00 each additional

L & I issues resolved: $25.00 per hour, plus (if necessary) site visit $40 minimum fee
